We are committed to the welfare of the animals we treat, to our clients and to the wild animals and birds of Wharfedale. The surgery is open throughout the day for advice, collection of prescriptions and sales of over-the-counter medicines, wormers, flea treatments and veterinary diets. All consultations are by appointment to keep clients' waiting times to a minimum. Normally we can offer an appointment on the day you telephone. Urgent cases are always seen the same day and are given the first available appointment. Emergencies: We are always available for seriously ill or injured animals. All necessary facilities for the care of your pet are at the surgery in Ilkley. To contact us outside surgery hours, telephone Ilkley 817000. Please do not call the out-of-hours service except in a genuine emergency. Wildlife Casualties: We do not charge for treating injured wild animals or birds. When the surgery is closed and the casualty does not appear badly injured, please look after it until the surgery is open. Surgery Hours:

- Saturday 8.30-12.00
