Venue – Clarke - Foley Centre, Ilkley Meetings – Tuesday Evenings 7.30 – 9.30 p.m. Annual Subscription - £30 The Ilkley Art Club, founded in 1909, welcomes as members people who have a genuine interest in art, whatever their level of technical competence. The current membership includes practising artists, both amateur and professional as well as those who are interested in learning and developing skills. It is not a ‘teaching club’ or an ‘art course’ but members working together in practical sessions, as well as participating in the ‘criticism’ evenings, enables encouragement, experimentation and the cross-fertilisation of ideas and approaches.
