The Ilkley Art Club, founded in 1909, welcomes as members people who have a genuine interest in art, whatever their level of technical competence. The current membership includes practising artists, both amateur and professional as well as those who are interested in learning and developing skills. It is not a ‘teaching club’ or an ‘art course’ but working together in practical sessions, as well as participating in the ‘criticism’ evenings, enables encouragement, experimentation and the cross-fertilisation of ideas and approaches.

THE ANNUAL EXHIBITION IS HELD AT THE MANOR HOUSE -  IN 2010  FROM  15 MAY  TO 4 JULY
